Mission

Now you see it, Now you do is a blog dedicated to a way of seeing things in the scripture that you may have seen beore or have even been taught before but now for the first time will really "see" them.

I'm starting with Matthew chapter 7, the tipping point for me. I see so many things diferently in scripture that are not being taught or at least I have never heard them, things that changed the way I look at God, myself and the world. And Matthew chapter 7 screems at me a begs to be told.

I didn't want to think that I was alone in these thoughts so before I wrote them I went to a couple of Bible book stores and pulled every resource on the subject hoping maybe one of these famous writers saw it the way I did. But every one, to a T, saw it wrong. It was if they read each others books and copied them.

This has been several years ago. and I keep waiting for some preacher on the radio or TV to suggest this other way but it doesn't happen. I don't want to be the one to say it differently. I don't want to be the one that disagrees with a lot of his own favorite preachers, ones that I grew up under and have listened to for years and years. I don't want to be that guy. I have learned so much under their teaching and explantions.

But I have to tell what I see in Matthew Chapter 7, because the current explanation is sending our country down the tubes and bringing about some of the most devastating mindsets in Christianity.
